Because privacy has a relative and flexible concept that changes according to time and place, and from person to person, so it sometimes narrows and expands other times, may be appear new concepts that can be consider as elements and images to the privacy, the privacy to the physical and health sanctity of the worker is considered as once picture or a part to the privacy of the humanitarian worker as a human being has a physical and psychological entity, and represent that part of the privacy of the worker associated with him as a material entity, this privacy is raised against of all those whom try to attack on privacy, especially the employer, the privacy protection must be arise against all methods of assault on the body integrations of worker, not limited on the physical concept but also psychological and health, therefore, these methods are including the methods of attack on the body, the methods of psychological affects, and attempts to penetrate the think of person to reveal what is going in his mind and exposing his privacy.

Although, the employer has an obligation to perform a medical examination of his workers, but he may abuse this obligation to protect and maintain his project by conducting medical examinations that are not required according to the nature of the work and by unlawful methods, these represent in violation of the worker's privacy.
