Abstract EN

The social psychological reality of the suffering of nurses in Algerian hospitals - A field survey study -The nurses in hospitals suffer from different psychological and social pressures due to the burden of the job on the one hand and the requirements of the family on the other hand.

Therefore, this study revealed to us the reality of the suffering of nurses in Algerian hospitals and the psychological pressures they suffer.

In order to achieve this goal we conducted a field survey in one of the educational institutions (Wadi Al-Zanati, Wilayat of Guelma).

The research tool (interview form) was applied to a sample of 20 subjects.

The results of the study showed us the most important psychological and social manifestations of the suffering of nurses.
