Corona virus is a contagious virus this has imposed countries to take preventive measures to limit its spread, this resulted the declaration of a health emergency in most countries of the world, this study aims to identify the legal problems raised by this pandemic and its impact especially on the implementation of contractual obligations and on electronic commerce.
