تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة و تحليل منظومة التعليم العالي في الجزائر بالاعتماد على المؤشرات الكمية و النوعية و بعد تحليل النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قطاع التعليم العالي و البحث العلمي في الجزائر عرف عدة صعوبات و عراقيل خلال مساره و التي تتمثل أساسا في النمو السريع لعدد الطلبة الوافدين على الجامعة جراء ارتفاع نسب النجاح في البكالوريا مما أدى إلى الاكتظاظ في قاعات الدراسة وتدني نسبة التأطير و بالتالي توجهت الجامعة الجزائرية نحو تسيير التدفق الكمي للطلبة على حساب الاهتمام بالنوعية ما جعل مخرجات التعليم العالي لا تتوافق مع متطلبات سوق العمل في الجزائر.
Abstract EN
The objective of this paper is to study and analyze the higher education system in Algeria based on quantitative and qualitative indicators.
After analyzing the results, the study concluded that the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria experienced several difficulties and obstacles during its course.
As a result of the high rates of success in the baccalaureate, this led to overcrowding in the classrooms and low supervision.
Thus, the Algerian University directed the quantitative flow of students at the expense of attention to quality, which made the outputs of higher education not compatible with market requirements.
