This article aime to focus on the importance of univercity progress and its relationship to integration into socia life ,as it plys a crucial rol in evaluating the effectiveness of training and education pratices.Paying attention to the mechanisms of training and educational attainment of students has become today necessary in order to provide them with a set of knowledge to raise the level of scientific and cultural awareness using all corrective means it is mandatory to respond to the development plans and its political,economic and social fields to develop their capabilitical and prove their social need, which allows the labor market to recover,and thus to provide methods of professional and social integration of its outputs before and after thier formation without hindrances.
