The roots of political thought since its inception, which preceded the establishment of the Iraqi state for nearly a decade, and the position of the religious authority, which does not stand at the limits of such a thought by its three generations, the impact of space and time on the missionary role of scientists working and national to face the events experienced by the Islamic nation.

The foundation stage began through the original intellectual presentation of this school with a new formulation of the foundations of the faith and its accumulations on the reality, as the faith moves from the cells of intellectual sense and shuts away from the earth and comes down again with a new reality and a theory of modern change reflecting the visions and ideas of the applied Muslim on the ground, Work, jihad, and intellectual, political and religious giving.
