Law 19/07 guaranteed the independent election authority the power to organize the electoral process, which represented a qualifying change from Law 16/11 on the independent supreme authority for the control of elections when it widened the circle of powers granted to the authority and went beyond the supervisory function by freeing it from the subordination of the executive authority that we knew under the authority of the authority to give it the principle of supervision of the elections since the summons of the electorate until the announcement of the preliminary results, which makes the application of these texts and their activation on the ground gives the principle of transparency to the electoral process in Algeria.
