Financial performance reflects the strength or weakness of the company and its ability to continue and compete in the market, and the effectiveness of a company's financial performance reflects its ability to deal with different stakeholder groups.

The development of companies and the breadth of their activities contribute to the widening of the circle of stakeholders, therefore, attention has increased for stakeholder, so companies have become required to adopt effective strategies to manage the relationship with these groups, in order to balance conflicting interests, which is reflected positively on achieving the company's objectives and contributing to improving its financial performance.

In this study, we aim to highlight the role of stakeholder management in improving the financial performance of companies, by providing a set of points by which the concept of stakeholder management can be used to improve financial performance.
