يهدف هذا العمل إلى دراسة مراحل تطور الاقتصاد الجزائري مع التركيز على مرحلة الانتقال إلى اقتصاد السوق بعد لجوء الجزائر إلى الاقتراض من المؤسسات المالية الدولية على غرار FMI و بالمقابل القيام بإصلاحات هيكلية من خلال برنامج الائتمان و التصحيح الهيكلي.
لقد كانت نتائج الإصلاحات مكلفة و أخلت بمؤشرات التوازن الكلي من خلال التضخم البطالة الخوصصة و التبعية للنفط لكن فترة 2000 شهدت عودة الاقتصاد الجزائري من خلال تحسن معدلات النمو و هذا بفضل مختلف البرامج التنموية التي اعتمدتها الجزائر خلال هذه الفترة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to study the stages of the development of the Algerian economy with a focus on the transition to a market economy; After Algeria resorted to borrowing from international financial institutions such as FMI and in return structural reforms through the credit and structural adjustment program.
The results of the reforms have been costly and have eroded macroeconomic balances through inflation, unemployment, privatization, and dependence on oil, But the period 2000 witnessed the return of the Algerian economy through improved growth rates, thanks to the various development programs adopted by the Algerian during this period.
