The twenty-first century witnessed a great revolution and great strides in the field of digital education in particular and the technology of education in general and specifically in the arts.

Therefore, researchers had to take the path of development for change through research in the fields of creativity, technology and raw materials to find a very creative generation of artists and researchers in the fields of scientific life to work on the development of the environment and the development of society and the aesthetic taste of citizens and society as a whole.

This research aims to develop proposals, recommendations and analyzes of the issues and problems associated with the education of the arts and to achieve communication through the global experience of art education under the global changes to prepare new technical outputs to suit the requirements of the labor market The research has reached to a number of conclusions, such as that the quality curricula in the arts should include many artistic projects and rely on the use of different materials and materials and different teaching approaches, taking into account the individual differences and preparations and differences at the level of the student, the arts teachers, with the aim of providing the student arts with the high and varied technical skills, with the theoretical knowledge of the arts and history and how to taste, criticism and evaluation.
