Abstract EN

The research problem summarized the urgent need to know the skills and abilities needed by the managers of the primary school in the daily currency, which is an important matter that has a direct impact on their performance.

The research aims is to identify the training needs required for primary school managers in Baghdad city, Analytical Descriptive.

The researcher identified the research community which consists of (2457) managers and managers on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa for the academic year (2017-2018).

The sample was selected by (%11) of the society.

A research tool has been built in several fields and it has been confirmed that they are true and steadfast.

The theoretical aspect of the research and previous studies was reviewed as well as the identification of a number of research terms.

The research reached several results, the most important of which were: The most needed showed by the managers was the technology and administrative communication was high.

The researcher developed a number of recommendations and proposals related to research.
