the challenge facing the jurists is how to complete what was presented by the early jurists, and activate the role of analysis in order to answer reality questions.

Fiqh analysis in the study of family issues is based on mechanisms from within the sharia system of objectives, complementarity between texts, and distance from every violation of the sharia.
