Abstract EN

This paper aims to clarify the impact of pressure on the decision-making process of officials in a number of train stations in the state of Skikda and to detect the statistical differences between the trends of the respondents about the impact of the pressures represented by their sources of decision-making.

To achieves the objectives of this study, was applied to a sample of (35) officials in a number of train stations in the state of Skikda out of (100) workers.

The results showed that there was a statistically significant effect on the sources of stress (administrative, organizational, and humanitarian sources) among officials in a number of train stations in the state of Skikda.

The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences (α≤0.

In light of these results, the research ended with some recommendations to support the decision making process and make it more accurate.
