تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الإسهام المعرفي لاميل دوركايم في حقل السوسيولوجيا فأسست مجموعة الأعمال الأكاديمية التي أنجزها دوركايم لبراديغم وضعي في علم الاجتماع ينهض هذا البراديغم على مجموعة من المقدمات المعرفية و المنطلقات المنهجية كالنظر إلى الظواهر الاجتماعية كأشياء و إمكان المعرفة السوسيولوجية كمثيلاتها في العلوم الطبيعة.
و كذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض أهم الانتقادات التي تعرض لها البراديغم الوضعي عند دوركايم وتوضيح أهم المنزلقات المنهجية التي وقع فيها.

The purpose of our article is to understand the paradigm positivism of Emile Durkheim in sociology, it is composed of 'cognitive introductions and methodological concepts; as for example «the social facts as things ...», As well this study is presented the critics of the paradigm positivism of Emile Durkheim.

L’objet de notre article consiste à comprendre le paradigme positivisme d’Emile Durkheim dans la sociologie, il est composé des’ introductions cognitives et des concepts méthodologiques ; comme par exemple « les faits sociaux comme choses… », Aussi bien cette étude est présenté les critiques du paradigme positivisme d’Emile Durkheim.
