There is no doubt that the offender, whatever the type of crime and its degree must necessarily belong to a particular family, He may be punished by imprisonment ,In addition, in most cases the community inflicts its punishment and coercion on family members of the prisoner, This is by calling him nonsensical recipes, even though the prisoner's family is indispensable and irresponsible for the crime committed by the prisoner.

Through this paper, we will work to clarify the social stigmatization effects on the prisoner's family, how society draws and produces its representations and coercive perceptions mainly related to legal status, and highlight the most important social, psychological, educational, and health effects that a prisoner's family faces as a result of coercion and stigmatization of society
