Abstract EN

The current study aimed to identify the level of emotional intelligence among the workers of civil status in the communes of Relizane, and the extent of their impact on some personal and functional variables.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the emotional intelligence scale of Bar-On, applied at a random sample of 60 employees.

After processing the data automatically using the program spss20 and statistically using frequency and percentage, variance analysis (anova).

The following results are : - Civil status personnel workers have different levels (high, medium) in the total degree of emotional intelligence and its sub-dimensions in the communes of relizane - There is no effect of age variables and professional experience on the emotional intelligence of civil status personnel workers, while there is an effect on the gender variable and the scientific level (middle, secondary, university).
