يتضمن هذا المقال كشف بعض الحقائق عن النظم القضائية بين الفقه الإسلامي و القانون المعاصر و من ثم إبراز جهود فقهاء الجزائر في الرقي بالفقه المالكي و أثر ذلك الإيجابي على عموم الناس و على الباحث المتخصص و على المذهب في حد ذاته.
Abstract EN
This article includes revealing some facts about the judicial systems between Islamic jurisprudence and contemporary law, and highlights the efforts of Algerian jurists in advancing Maliki jurisprudence, and the positive impact of that on people, on the specialist researcher, and on the doctrine itself.
