Abstract AR
يهدف هذا المقال الى تبيان دور سياسات التحرير المالي كأداة إستعملتها العديد من الدول النامية لإجراء إصلاحات اقتصادية خاصة في القطاع المالي وذلك بالإنتقال من الإقتصاد المكبوح و المقيد بالقوانين الى اقتصاد السوق من اجل تحسين انظمنتها المالية و المصرفية و تعبئة الموارد المالية من اجل تحقيق معدلات نمو اقتصادي معتبرة الا ان ذلك أدى الى وقوع أغلبها في أزمات مالية خانقة عصفت بقطاعاتها المصرفية و المالية كما حدث في دولة المكسيك.
و خلص المقال الى ان عمليات التحرير المالي المتسارعة التي اتخذتها المكسيك أدت الى حدوث ازمة مالية خانقة عصفت باقتصادها و رفعت من مديونيها الخارجية و على الجزائر ان تتخذ العبرة مما حدث بهذه الدولة اذا ما ارادت ان تعمل على تطبيق سياسات التحرير المالي في مسيرتها نحو اقتصاد السوق
Abstract EN
This article aims to demonstrate the role of financial liberalization policies as a tool used by many developing countries to undertake special economic reforms in the financial sector, This has led to the occurrence of most of these crises in the financial crisis that has hit the banking and financial sectors, as happened in the State of Mexico, The article concluded that Mexico's rapid financial liberalization has led to a financial crisis that has crippled its economy and raised its external debt.
Algeria should take the lesson from what happened in that country if it wants to implement financial liberalization policies in its march towards a market economy.
