In the time when studies show a decline in oil reserves in addition to volatility of oil products and the declining of prices on world markets, threatening the economies of countries that rely on hydrocarbon inputs in the financing of development plans, particularly Algeria, which impose the need to find fuel alternatives and have appeared to invest in nuclear energy as an option to achieve sustainable development in Algeria.
