this study aims to clarify the importance of administration management, where only human is concerned by the process of administrative management, through formal social relations imposed by the laws of the organization, hence we will also try to reveal the interrelationship between management and administration and everything that revolves around us and live with it in our daily lives, improving the importance of management and the important role it plays.
