Enter Studying the ritual El-Waada helps us manage to expand knowledge of it, and uncover the role of various social actors contributing to it, the political one is among them, which we showed its role in continuation of El-Waada ritual.

Although social and religious transformations have undergone in Maghrebian societies, especially in Algeria, the perseverance of these practices leads us to a problematic, that is, why do these ceremonies persevere to the present time? And what are its underlying causes? The finding revealed that there are an implicit and explicit relationships between the political authority and community (although they are uprooted they are masquerading in modern look) this relationship implies that there is a mutual needs so we see such political investment in El-Waada ritual, deconstructing that led us to devote chapters to explore that ritual in formal discourse, taking into account its situation within the relationship between the political and religious, in addition to investigation the form of government support given to those ritual.

Finilly, we explained the reasons and motives beyond this actions in terms of the legitimacy.
