Abstract EN

The aim of This study Is to find out the level of awareness of distributive justice in university professors at the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management sciences, the questionnare was used to collect data from the 30 eyewitnesses, to test the hypothesis of the study, the arithmetic mean was used using the spss program.

the results of the study have reached a average level of awareness of distributive justice from the viewpoint of the faculty members of the faculty of economic, business and management sciences the university of jijel.
