Abstract EN

In an era in which societies developed as a result of the development of mechanisms of interaction and acculturation, forms of discourse, and the characteristics of communication; which necessitated the emergence of new concepts imposed by all these changes; including citizenship, which began to take forms appropriate to the new proposal, which is based on issues of democracy and equality under the abating of regional boundaries and their fusion into one global village thus the fading of spatial and temporal boundaries .

This paper discusses the values of citizenship and the extent to which the civil institutions represented by the Islamic Scouts as to its activation, practice, embodiment of their principles and the evocation of their foundations in order to enhance the bonds between the individual ,in general, and the scout, in particular, and their country ,with vocabulary and behavior appropriate to the challenges and manifestations of modern perceptions.
