تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع صندوق التضامن والضمان للجامعات المحلية في الجزائر من خلال تقديم الإطار المفاهيمي للجماعات المحلية، ودور هذا الصندوق في مساهمته في إحداث التنمية المحلية في الجزائر بالتطرق إلى تدخلات صندوق الجماعات المحلية المشترك خلال سنة 2017 إذ يعتبر هذا الأخير آلية يمكن لها أن تخلق إلى حد ما توازن في ميزانيات البلديات والولايات، التي تعاني صعوبات مالية في تنفيذ وتسيير ماليتها.
Abstract EN
This study dealt with the issue of solidarity and guarantee fund for local communities in Algeria through the presentation of the conceptual framework of local communities and the role of this fund in contributing to local development in Algeria by addressing the activities of the joint community fund in 2017.
