Abstract EN

The present study aims at identifying supporting in supporting Syrian refugee children through psychological counseling in Jordan and the problems of supporting from the point of view of principals and teachers.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method to its suitability with the current study.

The sample of the study was randomly selected and applied to a sample of (300) managers and teachers.

The questionnaire was used as a key tool for collecting data.

The results of the study showed the following : 1.

The results of the study showed that supporting Syrian refugee children through psychological counseling from the point of view of school principals and teachers was so high that it reached the mean (3.

There are problems encounter psychological counseling in support of Syrian refugee children in Jordan from the point of view of school principals and teachers, the most important of which is the lack of follow-up and supervisory visit in asylum schools 3.

There are no statistically significant differences in supporting Syrian refugee children through psychological counseling in Jordan and the problems of supporting from the point of view of school principals and teachers due to the variables: gender, scientific qualification years of experience, job title, while differences were shown due to the variable age and for the category of " 30 years".

Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following recommendations: Holding training courses for school principals and teachers to clarify the importance of the role of psychological counseling in supporting the Syrian asylum children, the need to make the psychological counseling course within the weekly schedule.
