Abstract EN

This research aims to demonstrate the important role played by the decision of financing inbanks in order to maximize the value of the bank as the primary objective that financialmanagement seeks to achieve, by highlighting the composition of the financing structure(owned and borrower) in the private Iraqi banks, which is characterized by the specificityof its activity, and characterized by its adoption On the deposits that represent the mainsource of funding, the analysis of the impact of the structure of the financial structure onthe prices of shares of private Iraqi banks and listed on the Iraqi market for securitiesresearch sample during the period from 2009-2015, where the study covered a sample of (5)private banks and to achieve goals Search has been used statistical analysis, multipleregression analysis Multiple Regression, simple regression analysis Simple RegressionAnalysis, Pearson correlation to measure the relationship and influence between theindependent variables of the variable coefficient.

The research reached a set of results, themost important of which were: -There is a significant statistical effect between the composition of the financial structureof private banks and the value of their shares in the Iraqi market for securities.
