Abstract EN

The study aimed was to identify the relationship between the degree of practice of school principals in the Directorate of Education in Ajloun Governorate in Jordan for the ethical leadership and Job engagement for teachers from the teachers' point of view.

The descriptive correlative method was used by developing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of (438) teachers selected by simple random.

The study concluded that the degree of principals 'practice of ethical leadership behaviors from teachers' point of view was high, and there were no statistically significant differences in perceptions of teachers towards the practice of the principals of ethical leadership due to the gender variable in all areas except the field ofhumanity justice and the differences came in favor of femal teachers, and variable educational qualificationvariable in all fields except the field of moderation and self-control favor were beside the higher studies.

For the variable years of experience, and that the level of job engagement of teachers in schools from their point of view was high, and the ence of statistically significant differences of teachers' perceptions of the level of functional engagement for teachers due to the impact of gender and educational qualification and years of experience, as the study found a relationship of statistical significance between ethical leadership and job engagement of teachers from the teachers' point of view.

Based on the results, the study recommended its necessary for school principals to exercise moral leadership in all aspects of their work because its importance to immersion teachers and their integration with their job, which leads to raise their productivity.
