Arabic Abstract

اجريت هذه الدراسة في مختبرات كلية الزراعة / جامعة كربلاء لدراسة تاثير مستخلصي ( أوراق اليوكالبتوس وفصوص الثوم ) والمبيد الحيوي (الأبامكتين بنزويت) اضافة الى تاثير خليط من هذه المستخلصات حيث لوحظ أن تاثير هذه المواد واضح جدا على نسبة تثبيط فقس البيض وعلى حيوية يافعات نيماتودا تعقد الجذور Meloidogyne spp.

تبين أن اعلى نسبة تثبيط لفقس البيض كانت عند تركيز 2000 ppm وعند فترة زمنية 72 ساعة ولمبيد الأبامكتين بنزويت 48,76% وأدناها كان في معاملة المقارنة ولفترة تعرض 24 ساعة وبنسبة 5,60%، وكانت اعلى نسبة تثبيط لفقس البيض عند التركيز 4000ppm عند فترة تعريض 72 ساعة ولمبيد الأبامكتين بنزويت وبنسبة وصلت الى 66,90 % وأدناها في معاملة المقارنة ولنفس التركيز ولفترة تعريض 24 ساعة وبنسبة بلغت 15,16%.أما بخصوص تأثير المستخلصات على حيوية اليافعات تبين أن لمستخلص اليوكالبتوس التاثير الاعلى عند تركيز 2000 ppm ولمدة 72 ساعة حيث كانت النسبة %31,3 وادناها ولنفس التركيز في معاملة مستخلص الثوم ولمدة 24 ساعة ، عند التركيز4000 ppm فقد تفوق مبيد الأبامكتين بنزويت وعند فترة 72 ساعة وأعطى نسبة تأثير وصلت الى 81,66 % مقارنة بمعاملة المقارنة ولنفس التركيز ولكن بعد 24 ساعة وصلت الى 11,66% ومن خلال الدراسة تبين تفوق مبيد الأباماكتين بنزويت وبكلا التركيزين على نسبة تأثير فقس البيض وكذلك التأثير على حيوية يافعات نيماتودا تعقد الجذور.

English Abstract

This study was conducted in the laboratories of the College of Agriculture / University of Karbala to study the effect of extracts (eucalyptus leaves and garlic cloves) and the biological pesticide (abamectin benzoate) in addition to the effect of a mixture of these extracts where it was observed that the effect of these materials is very clear on the rate of inhibition of egg hatching and the vital juveniles root knot nematode Meloidogyne spp.

It was found that the highest rate of inhibition of eggs hatching was at a concentration of 2000 ppm and at a time 72 hours and for pesticide abamectin benzoate 48.76% and the lowest was in the control treatment for 24 hours reached to 5.60%, and the highest rate of inhibition of eggs hatching at a concentration of 4000ppm at a period Exposure of 72 hours to abamectin benzoate and at a rate of 66,90% and lowest in the control treatment, for the same concentration, and for a period of 24 hours exposure, at a rate of 15.16%.

As for the effect of extracts on the viability of juveniles, it was found that the eucalyptus extract had the highest effect at a concentration of 2000 ppm for a period of 72 hours where the percentage was 31.3% and the lowest and for the same concentration in the treatment of garlic extract for a period of 24 hours, at a concentration of 4000 ppm, the pesticide abamectin benzoate was surpassed at a period of 72 An hour and gave an effect ratio of 81.66% compared to the comparison treatment and for the same concentration, but after 24 hours it reached 11.66%, and through the study it was shown that the pesticide Abamectin Benzoate was superior to both concentrations on the effect of egg hatching as well as the effect on the vitality of juveniles of roots knot nematodes.
