الصعوبات التي تواجه طلبة التربية العملية بكلية التربية الأساسية بفرعيها (بنين-بنات)‎ في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظرهم

Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the most important Difficulties faced by students of practical education in the Faculty of Basic Education at their branches both before and during field training.

For this purpose, a tool was constructed consisting of a questionnaire consisting of (40) words, distributed on (5) axes.

The tool was applied to a sample of (520) students enrolled in the course of practical education in the academic year 2018/2019 and practicing field training in the public schools affiliated to the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait.

The results of the study showed that these students face great Difficulties related to both the practical education program, the academic supervisor, as well as the cooperating school and the cooperating teacher, as well as the Difficulties associated with the student the teacher himself.

The results also revealed that there were no differences between the estimates of male and female teachers about their suffering from these Difficulties.

In light of these results, the researchers recommend a number of recommendations, including: the need to review the specialized courses, educational decisions and attention to classroom observations of students before the field training, and the preparation of a manual on practical education and the distribution of a copy of the cooperating schools.
