Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of strategic thinking among the assistant principals in general education schools in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers.

The researcher used the descriptive approach; for this purpose, a special questionnaire was prepared which consisted of (35) paragraphs divided into (4) axes that reflect the strategic thinking patterns of the assistant managers; The results revealed that the patterns of strategic thinking are located at a high level.

The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between male and female teachers in estimating the practice of strategic thinking patterns among the assistant managers, as well as the ence of statistically significant differences between teachers according to the number of years of service.
