The research aims to: 1.Prepare a program for mental training in learning the 7-meter throw in handball among students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Science - the fourth stage of Al-Mustansiriya University 2.Identify the effect of mental training on the 7-meter throw skill in handball.
