Abstract EN

Technology is considered as the most significant element of development that contribute to economic growth raising .Thus, most developing countries including the GCCs, in the beginning of their economic rising , resort to transfer technology from advanced industrial countries consolidate by oil prices correction.

However these countries transfer the ready made technology without founding the scientific bases to implant this technology and develop it later.

That led these countries to continue importing technology, specially for oil industry .

This research aims to study the scientific principles that the GCCs must provide to implant transfered technology and develop it later.
