Abstract AR
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى إيضاح دور المصارف التجارية الخاصة في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في العراق و هذه الدراسة تفحص دور المصارف التجارية الخاصة في تنمية المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في العراق و رصد التجربة التي خاضتها البنوك التجارية الخاصة من خلال القدوم على تمويل هذه المشروعات و ما حققته من زيادة في القروض و عدد المشاريع وصولا إلى تحقيق الاهداف المنشودة في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني بالإضافة إلى ذلك فهي تلقي الضوء على وضع المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في العراق في الوقت الراهن.
وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي و الاسلوب الكمي من خلال استخدام بعض المؤشرات الخاصة بالمشاريع الصغيرة و المتوسطة و المصارف الخاصة و تمثلت العينة في البنوك التجارية الخاصة التي تمول المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في العراق و عددها( 20) بنك تجاري خاص تم الاعتماد على بيانات التدفقات المالية المتوفرة في التقرير السنوية للمصارف التجارية كأداة بحثية و تشير نتائج البحث على أن البيانات المتاحة اكدت على مساهمة المصارف العراقية الخاصة و قيامها بدور ايجابي في تمويل المشاريع الصغيرة و المتوسطة و من خلال الضمانات التي تقدمها الشركة العراقية للكفالات المصرفية وقد بلغ حجم القروض الممنوحة من قبل المصارف (15، 3) مليار دينار عراقي حسب احصائية عام 2018 وأوصى البحث الحالي إلى زيادة دور البنوك الخاصة و الحكومية في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في كافة مناطق العراق.
و زيادة تمويل مشروعات الخاصة بالمرأة المعيلة.
Abstract EN
The present study aims at clarifying the role of private commercial banks in financing small and medium enterprises in Iraq.
This study is one of the first studies of this type that examines the role of private commercial banks in the development of small and medium enterprises in Iraq, and monitoring the experiment conducted by private commercial banks through coming On the financing of these projects and the increase in loans and the number of projects to achieve the objectives of supporting the national economy, in addition, it highlights the status of small and medium-sized enterprises in Iraq at the present time.
The sample was used in private commercial banks that finance small and medium-sized enterprises in Iraq (20) private commercial banks.
The sample was based on the financial statements available in the report.
Annual Report of Commercial Banks as a Research Tool The available data indicate the contribution of Iraqi private banks to a positive role in the financing of small and medium enterprises and through guarantees provided by the Iraqi Company for Bank Guarantees.
Before the banks (15.3) billion Iraqi dinars, according to the statistics in 2018.
The current study recommended increasing the role of private and government banks in financing small and medium enterprises in all regions of Iraq.
And increased funding for women's projectsPrivate commercial banks - SMEs.
