Our study goes on to show the positive side of the dissenting opinion, which can do the work of the ruling authority within the state, deterring it from continuing its work contrary to the popular administration, and then refrain from it and then not repeated, which is a message leads to the evaluation of government work and ensure its integrity in the public interest، In order to shed light on the subject in Iraq in particular, we have influenced ourselves to go into its midst through the introduction and discussion of the first definition of the opposition and the types of opposition, and a second to show the role of the political opposition in general in the evaluation of the work of the ruling authority, and a third discussion devoted to the status of the opposition in Iraq and its role in it Then, we ended with a conclusion that addressed the conclusions and proposals.
