Emergency commercial arbitration is the new system appearing in the field of traditional commercial arbitration.

It gains special ground through its adoption in international rules.

International commercial arbitration centers undertake to set up mechanism for their work and appoint an arbitrator depending on request submitted by one or two parties to dispute for taking measures, provisional and urgent, in matters not to be adjourned until the final arbitration board is formed which is invested with powers to review the measured taken by the emergent arbitrator so that it would amend or cancel them wholly or partly.
