Human Rights obtain the concern of all the members of the international Company.

This concern engrosses long time to make the international society reach the conclusion that human rights are of high importance.

The starting point of taking care of human rights was embodied by the declaration of the Charter of the United Nations in 1945 and then the International Announcement of Human Rights in 1948 which can be seen as a Key Pace in this respect for the reason that it comes to define in details the special and the general rights along with the Political rights that each Person has to gain.

All the commitees which are established to look for human rights as well as the international converences play an important role in specifying these rights and that is what is clearly reflected in the two agreements issued by the general Assembly of the United Nations.
