Abstract EN

Agovernment practices its duties through activating various public directorates which represent the administrative staff of that government.

Since these staff are the main tool of developing the government, the public directorates must choose the most honest and professional employees in order to achieve the commonweal.

However, some of the employees do not follow the correct way of practicing the regulations and start to achieve some self-interests instead of achieving the commonweal.

This can be done through practicing unprofessional works such as the financial and administrative corruption which can be regarded as a main obstacle in the way of developing the governments through the history.

Since the methods of corruption develop from time to time, some of the specialists in the administrative system identified its notion, reasons, types and how to deal with such corruption by either stopping it or at least reduce it.
