Arabic poetry knew a multitude of models and purposes.

In the abasside era poetry opened its horizon to knowledge and science.

This facilitated the the coming of a new pattern that takes its main structure from poetry.

It is the educational poetry or composed scientific poems.

This type of poetry gave birth to other forms of poetry dealing with kwnow ledge and science which remained to this era in the zawaya, katatib and centers of education.

This paper presents the experience in this art of one of the famous algerian educators and writers that dedicated his life to science, education and literature.
