The current research aims to know the role of primary school administrator in Egypt to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, also it presents Canadian and American experience in this field.

The research depended on the descriptive analystical method, questionnaire aims to know the role of primary school administrator in Egypt to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, also to know the limit of teachers awareness of their roles in the light of the occupational description.

It revealed that administrator makes all his efforts to increase the teachers awareness of their occupational description, the Asuggestion has been supposed to increase the effectiveness of the role of primary school administrator in the this field.
