Abstract EN

The study aimed at revealing the degree of applying the community partnership by schools leaders in Turabah governorate and its relationship to achieve an attractive school environment from the point view of teachers.

The descriptive approach and a questionnaire were used to collect data.

The study population was (670 teachers).

The study sample consisted of (244) teacher was chosen Stratified Randomly.

The results of the study showed that the degree of applying community partnership by schools leaders was moderate, with mean of (3.21) and a standard division (0.66).

Also the results showed that: there were statistical differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variables of the educational level in favor of the primary stage, and the size of the school for the category of 200 - 250 students, And there were no statistical differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variable of school location.

Also the results showed that the degree of achieve an attractive school was high with mean of (3.92) and a standard deviation (0.77).

Av there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) due to the variable of the educational level in favor of the primary level, and the variable of the school size in favor of the class (200-250 students), and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) due to the School Location variable.

The results also indicated that there were a positive correlative relationship at the level of (α≤ 0.01)) between the degree of applying the community partnership and achieve attractive school environment.The study recommends a number of recommendations, including the need to strengthen the community partnership between the school and community institutions, and organize educational courses for parents,and encourage individuals and institutions of the community to build educational and educational facilities for the school.
