Abstract AR

The study aimed at identifying the level of Innovation Capability for small-enterprise owners in Benghazi-Libya, through the following criteria: (fluency, originality, sensitivity to problems, flexibility, risk endorsement, capability of analysis, going out of the ordinary).

The study followed a descriptive and analytical approach, the study population represents small-enterprise owners in Benghazi The survey targeted a random sample of (381) small-enterprise owners, that there are no creative Capabilities of small-enterprise owners in Benghazi, based on the criteria used in this study.

Some recommendations were suggested that may raise and enhance the innovation capability of the Libyan owners of small-enterprise in Benghazi in particular and Libya in general.
