The representatives of the central authority exercised vigilant control over the local administration ,which was characterized by it's radical nature since the Algerian legislator still took the old French style .

which exercised strict and broad control this led to the violation of the freedom and independence of the local administration on the control of legality and one of the most important aspects of the control of local administration as well as judicial control ,but this emphasis was on the state in particular the opposite of the municipality as it in the new law gave them guarantees of independence , However ,what is wrong with the new municipal law is that legislator doesn't elaborate on the solutions stipulated in articles 100,101,102 and beyond ,he left it with a broad concept such as the procedures relating to security ,cleanliness and tranquility all of which are loose terms as a reason for solutions.
