The phenomenon of child begging in Algerian society has returned as a phenomenon that has grown strongly in our society.

One of the most prominent and important problems facing childhood in Algeria especially and in the Arab countries in general.

There are also many factors that aggravated this phenomenon; and varied between social, economic and political Etc.

However, through this paper, we will determine the effect of the family formation that the child receives on the practice of this behavior, which is contrary to the rules of sound education and contrary to our customs and religious values as well.
