The current research aimed to identify the requirements for using electronic educational platforms in light of the smart transformation of universities, and the descriptive approach was used; Relevancy to the topic of research and its nature.

The research sample consisted of (197) faculty members at Menofia University, and in order to achieve the research objectives, the two researchers designed a questionnaire as a tool to identify the degree of importance of providing requirements for the use of electronic educational platforms in light of the smart transformation of universities according to the opinions of the faculty members at Menofia University, and the frequency and proportions were used.
