Our contemporary world is witnessing many technological changes, the most important of which is the expansion of communication technology, which has influenced the change of working and management patterns in all areas, and affected educational systems, and took care of the efficiency of performance and save time and effort, and focused on the possibility of involving citizens Civil society in discussing educational policies, through direct dialogue, support ing decision-making, and formulating policies more understandingly of citizens and their needs, communication technology and applications have become an essential feature of education in modern societies, especially after the emergence of network applications.

The educational social, and the flood of information it has caused, and the ease and speed i have achieved in obtaining information and making various contacts without adhering to the limits of time and space.

The refore, the current research aims to employ some educational social networking applications in the department of public education before university in Egypt.
