Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the availability of quality standards for the university's website service and its relationship to achieving student satisfaction.

To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was applied as a measuring tool to a sample of Qasimia university students after checking its psychometric properties.

The number of people in the sample reached 100 students who were deliberately selected.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is a positive impression of the study sample on both the text quality standard, design quality, content quality, navigation quality, and ease of handling.

While the results showed an average (if not negative) impression of the standard of academic information quality.

Therefore, the study recommended the necessity of paying attention to this standard, as well as the necessity for the site to include elements that allow interactivity.
