Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the effect of cooperative integration"s strategy on the development of the planning skills to teach art education units and self-confidence of the pre-service teacher, graduate of Fine Arts Faculty whom is enrolled into General Education Deploma, to remedy the problem resulting from the mismatch of academic preparation with the exact specialization of the students of fine arts, Unlike the need of art education teacher in the efficiency of teaching a variety of units.

The researcher resorted to assigning the pre-service teacher to plan the multiple units each of the area closest to his previous study, while teaching the micro-teaching course, because the use of the strategy makes him have an effective role in planning, It allows him to integrate his learning and transfer experiences within the group and between groups, which leads to the development of integrated teaching skills for planning and develop their self-confidence in teaching.

Results: There is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research group in the pre-test and post-test of the assessment card for planning skills, and of the scale of self confidence in favor of the post-test
