Abstract EN

This research aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a visual advanced organizers in an electronic learning environment for enhancing virtual classrooms designing skills among instructional technology students.

The researcher used the experimental approach based on one group pre-posttest study.

The research's sample consisted of 30 students of instructional technology department at the Faculty of Education in the academic year 2019/ 2020.

In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher has developed the following tools: the achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of virtual classrooms design skills and performance observation card.

The achievement test and the observation card were applied before and after on the members of the research sample.

The research results were: there was a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the research sample students' in the pre and post application of the achievement test and observation card in the favor of the post application and the effectiveness of visual advanced organizers in an electronic learning environment for enhancing virtual classrooms designing skills among instructional technology students.
