The effect of those factors can even reach the working environment.

Studies suggest that the impact may even concern directly the psychic or the physical health of the worker, which could be resumed as " Pression at work", it affects his productivity and could lead to frustration and depression, which, ultimately, may precipitate his retiring, whatever are the modalities.
