To identify the level of feedback among teachers and teachers in the education of Salah Al-Din.

- Identification of the differences in the level of feedback in the development of cognitive performance between teachers and teachers in the education of Salah Al-Din.

/In the second part, the researcher tackled the methodology of the research and its field procedures.

The researcher used the descriptive method in the comparative method.

The research sample consisted of (56) teachers and teachers In Salah Al-Din 's education, the most important questionnaires for the subject of the research were identified and how to find the self-honesty, stability coefficient and statistical methods used to determine the results.

In the fourth section, the researcher presented and analyzed the results in light of the responses of the research sample The researcher has a number of conclusions and recommendations: 1 - the use of various methods in the process of education for students of practical benefit contribute to enhance feedback to them.

- 2 the need to know the intellectual responses to students through the use of modern teaching methods contribute to the development of knowledge concepts to them.3 - increase interaction between teacher and pupils, which lead to the desired changes in the behavior of the learner.4- The researcher also assumed through the use of feedback the process of comparing the correct performance which is linked to the educational goals for them.5- The researcher assumed that feedback acts as a strong incentive to achieve the motivation of learning.6- Feedback is used as a bonus for students when the information provided by the teacher or teacher is encouraging during the assessment process.

The recommendations were as follows: 1- Provide programs and training courses for all teachers on the benefits of feedback.2- Direct the media read and audio and means of social communication or other from time to time to provide programs showing the benefits of feedback in all kinds.3- Conducting research and other studies on students in middle and middle schools.4- Increasing the interaction between the teacher and student on the one hand and between the administration and students on the other hand through continuous meetings or seminars in the school to achieve and implement the motives of other - To identify the level of feedback among teachers and teachers in the education of Salah Al-Din.
